Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan, count, and stock inventory to maintain accurate warehouse records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies during daily operations.
- Maintenance: Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards to ensure efficient workflow.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and coworkers to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Certification: Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- License: Valid driver's license required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and operate heavy machinery.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
