Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks to load, unload, and move materials within the facility.
- Perform daily safety inspections and maintenance checks on equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Organize and stack inventory in designated storage areas to maintain an orderly warehouse.
- Accurately process and verify incoming and outgoing shipments using warehouse management software.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (CDL Class A/B is a plus).
- Ability to work the Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a consistent basis.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Strong attention to detail and physical stamina required for standing and lifting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
