Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload pallets and goods
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure operational safety and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Perform routine maintenance checks and report equipment malfunctions

Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Flexible schedule availability (night shift: 10 PM - 6 AM)
