Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure shipment accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock organization as required.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and overtime hours when needed.
- Physical stamina required to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license (not always required but helpful).
