Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently.
- Inspect and perform basic maintenance on forklifts to ensure operational readiness and safety compliance.
- Organize warehouse inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper storage locations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Document daily activities and any incidents or equipment issues accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (CFP/CFP) or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM or 11 PM - 7 AM).
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
