Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks per OSHA standards
- Manage inventory using barcode scanning systems and warehouse management software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Document all activities in compliance with company and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Availability to work nights (10 PM - 6 AM) with weekend flexibility
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
