Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse safely and efficiently.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate documentation of stock movements using inventory management software.
- Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures to maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Stack pallets and organize merchandise in designated storage areas to optimize space and workflow.
- Perform routine pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure mechanical safety and functionality.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Assist in the maintenance of a clean and organized warehouse facility.
Qualifications
- No previous forklift experience required; we provide paid on-the-job training and certification.
- Ability to pass a mandatory background check and drug screening.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory accuracy.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to company policies.
- Valid driver's license (preferred).
