Job Overview
As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain. You will ensure that our inventory is stored safely and retrieved efficiently, contributing directly to our customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) to move, locate, stack, and retrieve merchandise.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and safety checks on all equipment before operation.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and maintain organized warehouse aisles.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely and efficient manner to meet daily targets.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company operational protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse flow and communication.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to management.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide full training for the right candidates.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory and preparing paperwork.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory for this role.
