Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials within the facility and loading docks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols and company standards.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure proper documentation and labeling of all inventory movements.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification (we provide training).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels and inventory numbers.
