Job Overview
As a Forklift Operator, you will play a critical role in our supply chain operations. You will ensure the safe and efficient movement of goods within our facility and to our outbound trucks.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock is organized correctly.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections on forklifts and equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Must have a valid driver's license (not required for operation, but preferred).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekend shifts.
