Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in warehouse environment
- Load/unload trucks with precision using pallet jacks and conveyors
- Organize inventory in designated storage zones and racking systems
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Maintain accurate inventory records via RF scanning technology
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for efficient workflow
- Participate in monthly safety training sessions
Qualifications
- No forklift experience required - we train!
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Reliable transportation to Commerce Park area
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Comfortable working in climate-controlled warehouse
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification
