Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move materials within warehouse and storage facilities
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory in designated areas
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Participate in ongoing safety training programs
- Assist with inventory counts and documentation tasks
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required - we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Valid California Driver's License (must obtain forklift certification)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
