Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and loading docks.
- Ensure all shipments are accurately documented, tagged, and stored in the correct designated areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Perform routine safety inspections on forklift equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
- Assist in inventory counts, stock replenishment, and cycle counting as required.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for material handling and warehouse organization.
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required. We provide on-the-job training and certification.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning barcodes and logging delivery information.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
