Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, and order pickers) safely and efficiently to move materials within the warehouse.
- Load and unload trailers, pallets, and containers in accordance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Perform regular inventory counts and stock checks to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing racking systems.
- Inspect forklift equipment for any mechanical issues and report maintenance needs to supervisors immediately.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- License: Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid forklift certification (we can assist with training).
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on safety and accuracy in inventory management.
