Responsibilities
- Retrieve and scan inventory items according to picking tickets with high accuracy.
- Pack goods securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) effectively.
- Inspect items for quality and defects before shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading skills for scanning and ticket verification.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Oakland facility.
