Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload trucks in a timely manner.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by scanning and tagging stock.
- Picking and Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders according to shipping guidelines.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe environment.
- Equipment Inspection: Perform daily pre-shift safety checks on forklifts and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse supervisors and team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Documentation: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on safety and accuracy in inventory handling.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand instructions in English.
