Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure they are in safe, working condition.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock to ensure easy accessibility and inventory accuracy.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a hazard-free workplace for all team members.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders and shipments.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of debris at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
- Basic math skills are required for inventory counting and documentation.
- Willingness to undergo forklift certification training (provided by the employer at no cost).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
