Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and loading docks.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate documentation of stock movements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely processing of orders and shipments.
- Perform routine safety checks on equipment before and during shifts.
- Assist in the organization of storage areas to maximize efficiency.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age (federal requirement for operation of powered industrial trucks).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided).
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
