Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely drive sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Load and Unload Trucks: Efficiently load and unload trailers using proper securing techniques and safety protocols.
- Inventory Management: Accurately check products against work orders and ensure proper storage and organization.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Housekeeping: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of debris to prevent accidents.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs and records of daily operations and inventory counts.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We train all candidates on-site; a valid forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in varying temperatures.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy and maintain inventory integrity.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency to understand safety instructions and team communication.
