Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials and products throughout the facility.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring accurate inventory counts and proper handling of goods.
- Perform routine pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all 5S principles.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management immediately.
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required; we provide training on-site.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a mandatory background check and drug screening.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs safely.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and adherence to OSHA standards.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, if necessary.
