Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure accuracy in product selection and packaging to minimize returns.
- Operate handheld scanners and barcode readers to track inventory in real-time.
- Perform regular quality checks and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but training is provided.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, night shift environment.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
