Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (Reach Truck, Counterbalance, Pallet Jack) to move, stack, and organize inventory with precision.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring cargo is secured and damage-free.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in cycle counting or stocktakes.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts to ensure equipment is in safe working order.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure workflow efficiency and meet daily production targets.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator License (Must be present at interview).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong understanding of safety standards and forklift maintenance basics.
- Basic computer skills for scanning and logging inventory data.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
