Responsibilities
- Safely Operate Equipment: Drive and maneuver forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment in accordance with safety standards.
- Load and Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks and containers, ensuring cargo is secured and handled with care.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, checking stock levels, and organizing warehouse aisles.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily pre-shift inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Housekeeping: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Math Skills: Basic math skills for counting, weighing, and measuring inventory accurately.
- Attitude: Willingness to learn new machinery and work effectively as part of a team.
