Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport goods.
- Perform pre-shift inspections on machinery to ensure proper functioning and report any defects immediately.
- Organize stock and warehouse storage areas to ensure maximum efficiency and safety.
- Strictly adhere to OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to prevent accidents.
- Accurately count, tag, and record inventory movements using warehouse management systems.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age (legal working age).
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Physically fit with the ability to stand, bend, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
