Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely throughout the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections and routine maintenance on all forklift equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock organization within designated zones.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Clean and organize the warehouse floor to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Assist in the packaging and labeling of goods for shipment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Willingness to undergo forklift certification training.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading skills for inventory logging.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
