Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (Reach Trucks, Pallet Jacks) to move, load, and unload materials.
- Inspect and perform basic maintenance on forklift equipment before and after shifts.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated areas to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Ensure all work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to learn and obtain forklift certification (training provided).
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order picking.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
