Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently in compliance with all OSHA regulations.
- Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets with precision and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock checks and organization.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification (we will train you).
- Valid driver's license (not always required, but preferred).
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
