Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload materials from trucks, trains, or conveyors.
- Machinery Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock in designated areas.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Cleanliness: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of debris.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork for shipments and inventory transfers.
Qualifications
- Willingness to Learn: A strong desire to learn and obtain forklift certification.
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical Ability: Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable attendance record.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills to interact with team members.
