Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse facility.
- Ensure the safe and efficient transport of goods to and from shipping/receiving docks.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols.
- Perform routine equipment inspections to ensure machinery is in proper working order.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by tagging and sorting stock correctly.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and bending/reaching.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification (training provided).
