Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts, cycle counts, and maintain accurate stock records in our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Material Handling: Safely operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) and handle heavy materials with precision.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Shipping & Receiving: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy, ensuring proper documentation is completed.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve issues and meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is preferred but not required (we provide paid training).
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift. Must be able to work in various weather conditions (loading dock/warehouse).
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners or RF guns is a plus.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols is essential.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
