Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Material Handling: Safely load and unload trucks, utilizing hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock counts.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and operating at peak efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for accuracy when processing shipments and handling inventory.
- Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
