As a Picker Packer, you will play a critical role in our supply chain, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing.
- Load and unload trucks or pallets using proper lifting techniques.
- Organize warehouse aisles and maintain a clean work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Update inventory systems and resolve discrepancies as they arise.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse equipment (forklift certification is a plus).
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
