Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock is organized efficiently within the warehouse.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to prevent accidents.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily productivity goals and shipping deadlines.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical examination and background check.
- Willingness to undergo on-site forklift certification training upon hiring.
- Basic literacy and computer skills for reading labels and operating handheld scanners.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license (Class C) is a plus but not mandatory.
