Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely throughout the facility.
- Verify and count incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and prevent shortages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Stack and arrange products on pallets or shelves according to organizational systems.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse supervisors and team members regarding inventory status and logistical needs.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on forklift equipment and report any issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and weighing.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification through our paid training program.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
