Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move, locate, and relocate stock.
- Loading and Unloading: Efficiently load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is secured and damage-free.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts and stock organization to maintain accurate records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Cycle Counting: Participate in daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to Learn: No prior forklift experience is required; we provide training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions carefully and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic addition and subtraction for inventory tasks.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
