Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, locate, and stack products within the warehouse.
- Load and unload shipments from trucks, ensuring accuracy and safety standards are met.
- Inspect forklifts and warehouse equipment for mechanical issues and report any maintenance needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations and 5S principles.
- Process inventory and update stock records accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Strong track record of attendance and punctuality.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure inventory accuracy and safety compliance.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to read and understand shipping labels and inventory logs.
- Driver's License: Valid state ID or Driver's License required.
