Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse facility.
- Inspect forklift equipment daily to ensure it is in safe working condition and report any defects immediately.
- Stack and organize pallets according to safety guidelines and inventory management systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily production and shipping targets efficiently.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies strictly.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Willingness to learn and obtain forklift certification within the first week of employment.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
