Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport goods using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately count, tag, and stock incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company regulations at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance issues.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floors clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Documentation: Accurately complete daily logs and reports as required.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be 18 years or older and pass a drug screen and background check.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to Learn: A positive attitude and eagerness to learn new machinery and safety procedures.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to communicate clearly with supervisors.
- License: Valid Driver’s License (not required for operation but preferred for warehouse duties).
