Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure all safety mechanisms are functioning correctly.
- Organize inventory, stock shelves, and ensure accurate inventory counts using scanners.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents and hazards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification through our paid training program.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
