Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products within the warehouse.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts by adhering to strict stock-taking procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect forklifts and equipment before and after shifts to ensure they are in proper working condition.
- Follow safety protocols strictly to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Perform minor maintenance and cleaning tasks on forklifts and warehouse areas.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification (training provided if needed).
- Basic reading and writing skills for labeling and documentation.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
