Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment: Safely and efficiently maneuver forklifts and pallet jacks to transport goods within the warehouse.
- Loading and Unloading: Process inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels through regular cycle counts and organization.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine pre-shift inspections and report any equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and colleagues to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is required.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
