Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently drive forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move materials.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and stage inventory to ensure order fulfillment meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Load & Unload: Safely load and unload trucks, ensuring goods are handled with care and placed in designated storage areas.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of forklifts and equipment, reporting any maintenance issues to management immediately.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse aisles and storage areas clean, organized, and clutter-free.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Availability: Must be available for immediate start and flexible shifts, including overtime when necessary.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when counting stock and operating machinery.
- Background Check: Willingness to pass a drug screen and background check.
- No Experience Needed: Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; on-the-job training provided.
