Responsibilities
- Safely operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) to load, unload, move, stack, and store products and materials.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of forklift equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and document all movements within the warehouse.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Previous experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or logistics environment (1+ years preferred).
- Ability to work the Night Shift (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a regular basis.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for logging inventory data.
