What You Will Do:
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, stack, and organize inventory.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to ensure timely distribution.
- Perform daily safety inspections of equipment and work areas.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet production targets.
- Keep the warehouse organized and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
Requirements:
- Must possess a valid forklift certification or be willing to obtain one through our training program.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer literacy for logging inventory data.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, climate-controlled warehouse environment.
