Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks) to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Conduct daily pre-shift safety inspections and equipment maintenance checks.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and proper organization of stock in designated areas.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Document any equipment malfunctions or safety incidents immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification is highly preferred; on-the-job training available for qualified candidates.
- Basic math skills and ability to read and understand production orders and labels.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Must be reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
