Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse facility.
- Inventory Accuracy: Maintain accurate inventory records by properly labeling, organizing, and stacking products according to established safety guidelines.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies. Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment to ensure it is in safe working order.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders with precision and speed to ensure customer satisfaction and meet daily production targets.
- Housekeeping: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and logs related to inventory movements and equipment usage.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Willingness to Learn: No previous forklift experience is required. We are looking for candidates willing to undergo on-the-job training.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (climate-controlled warehouse).
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and operating machinery.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and capable of working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
