Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the facility and to/from loading docks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and equipment to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory logs and stock levels through regular cycle counts.
- Ensure the warehouse workspace remains clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines strictly.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and shipping schedules.
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn and obtain forklift certification (training provided).
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills for reading labels and measuring inventory.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Valid Driver’s License is required.
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness.
