Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect forklift equipment for safety issues and report any malfunctions to management.
- Organize stock in the warehouse and ensure accurate inventory counts.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for material handling.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely processing of orders.
- Perform basic maintenance checks on machinery and report needs.
Qualifications
- No prior forklift certification required (we will train the right candidates).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for counting and inventory tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
