Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all items are properly labeled and secured.
- Inventory Management: Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and maintaining accurate stock records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment and report any malfunctions to supervisors immediately.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse aisles and storage areas clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required to commute to the warehouse.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
