Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility efficiently.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts by scanning products and maintaining organized stock areas.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment at all times.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Basic math skills for inventory and weighing tasks.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job forklift training (we teach you the rest).
- Physically capable of standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and climbing stairs.
